Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out prohibited behaviours when using Namify.

1. Prohibited Activities

• Selling domains in violation of third-party intellectual property rights.
• Listing illegal, offensive, or defamatory domain names.
• Engaging in fraudulent bidding or payment practices.
• Attempting to disrupt the platform’s operation.

2. Enforcement

Namify reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of this AUP without notice.
