Dispute Resolution Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to disputes arising from transactions, listings, and use of the Namify platform.
2. Process
Parties must first attempt to resolve disputes amicably via Namify’s internal support system.
3. Mediation & Arbitration
If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation in Cyprus. If mediation fails, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Cyprus, in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules.
4. Governing Law
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of Cyprus.
