2. DMCA Procedure

Complaints must include identification of the work, evidence of ownership, and a sworn statement of good-faith belief.

3. Action

Namify may remove the disputed listing, suspend the seller’s account, and notify the parties involved.

4. Counter-Notice

Sellers may file a counter-notice with evidence of legitimate rights to the domain.
