Seller Agreement

This Seller Agreement governs the relationship between Namify ("Platform") and individuals or entities listing domain names for sale.

1. Listing Requirements

Sellers must provide accurate and complete information for each domain, including ownership verification, description, and price.

2. Fees & Commissions

Namify charges commissions on completed sales as outlined in the Fee Schedule. All amounts are in USD.

3. Exclusivity

By listing on Namify, you grant Namify exclusive rights to market the domain during the listing period unless otherwise agreed.

4. Prohibited Listings

Domains infringing on trademarks, illegal domains, or offensive names are prohibited.

5. Withdrawal

Sellers may withdraw a listing only if no active bids exist or in accordance with auction rules.

6. Seller Obligations

Sellers must complete domain transfers promptly upon sale confirmation.
