Terms & Conditions (Terms of Service)

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Namify online marketplace and auction platform (“Namify”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using Namify, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

Use of Namify is permitted only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to buy or sell on Namify. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep this information up to date.

3. Platform Use

You agree to use Namify solely for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, selling domains in violation of intellectual property rights, engaging in fraud, or attempting to disrupt the platform.

4. Fees & Payments

All fees are charged in United States Dollars (USD). The applicable fees, commissions, and payment schedules are set out in Namify’s Fee Schedule.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software, and design are owned by Namify or its licensors and are protected under applicable laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Namify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Cyprus.
