Domain Transfer Policy
We aim to make transferring your newly acquired domain as smooth as possible. Here’s how it works:
- Initiating the Transfer: After your purchase or auction win, you’ll need to initiate the domain transfer through your chosen registrar (such as GoDaddy, 123 Reg, Dynadot, and so on).
- Providing Transfer Information: For domains that require an authorization (EPP) code, such as .com domains, our customer care team will provide you with the necessary code. Simply contact us and we’ll send it right over.
- Push Transfers for .co.uk and Similar Domains: If your domain is one that can be “pushed” rather than transferred via auth code (like a .co.uk domain), just reach out to our team. We’ll coordinate directly with you to push the domain into your account.
- Information Needed: Please make sure to provide us with the necessary account details or registrar information so we can complete the transfer smoothly.
