Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Nameify all domain sales are considered final due to the unique nature of digital assets. Therefore, we do not offer refunds once a domain purchase is completed.

For cancellations, if a successful bidder does not complete the full payment within 14 days, the bid will be canceled. In such cases, the user may be subject to restrictions on future participation on our platform to maintain a fair bidding environment.
